ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for ration use of TCM injection. METHODS:The utilization of TCM injections in 39 hospitals from Chongqing area during 2012-2014 was analyzed statistically in respects of consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and B/A. RESULTS:The total consumption sum of TCM injections increased slowly in 39 hospitals from Chongqing area during 2012-2014,increasing from 767 581 thousand yuan to 911 759 thousand yuan,with annual growth rate of 8.98%. Total sum of consumption sum of top 10 drugs was 1 326 019.7 thousand yuan,accounting for 51.11% of total. The consumption sum of Hong-hua injection and Shenxiong glucose injection always took up the first 2 places in those years. DDDs of Xuesaitong injection, Shenxiong glucose injection glucose,Honghua injection and Shuxuetong injection always took up the first 4 places in those years. DDC of Xuebijing injection and Kanglaite injection always took up the first and second places in those years. Among top 10 TCM injection in the list of consumption sum,most of B/A was lower than 1.00;B/A of Shuxuetong injection,Xingnaojing injection, Shenqiong glucose injection and Xueshuantong injection were close or equal to 1.00. Xuesaitong injection was the one that B/A>1.00 from beginning to end. CONCLUSIONS:Total use of TCM injection increased steadily and drug use relatively concentrated in 39 hospitals from Chongqing area during 2012-2014,and rationality of drug use by physicians had been improved gradually.

ABSTRACT

The present paper is aimed to explore the origins of Proteus mirabilis (PM) whorl swarming growth phenomenon. The whorl swarming growth phenomenon of PM was observed by changed bacterial culture inoculation time, humidity, vaccination practices, cultured flat placement, magnetic field, pH and other factors. Bacterial ring spiral direction of rotation is counterclockwise and the volatile growth process of PM was whorl swarming growth phenomenon. Spiro fluctuation phenomenon was of high frequency in the sealing tanks by cultured anytime inoculation, wherever inoculation technique applied or not, the presence or absence of the magnetic field, and wherever the dish position was. The experimental results showed that the whorl swarming growth phenomenon of PM requires specific pH environment, in which the facts may be relative to its genetic characteristics and the Earths rotation.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To study the floating and sustained release performance of Xiaojin Cinnabar Floated Sustained Release Capsules. Methods: HPMC was used to form the framwork of floated sustained release capsules containing Xiaojin Cinnabar. The content, floating time in vitro and releasing rate were studied.Results: The floating time in vitro was over 3 hours. The total released amount in 3 hours came to 60%. The conventional Xiaojin Cinnabar didn't have the floating performance. Conclusion: Xiaojin Cinnabar Floated Sustained Relegse Capsules is superior to the conventional Xiaojin cinnabar in the sustained release performance.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To establish a method for content determination of triptolide in the sustained-release capsule of Tripterygium Wilfordii by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods: High performance liquid chromatography was performed on C18 column.The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Acetonitrile-water(40:60) as mobile phase;flow rate being 1.0 ml/min and the detecting wavelength at 220nm.Results:Triptolide had good linear relation within the range from 0.047 to 0.350?g/ml(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 99.88%(RSD=0.58%,n=5).Conclusion: This method is convenient,accurate,reproducible,which can be used for content determinaton of triptolide.
